Talo Chardonnay Feudi Di San Marzano 2023

Talò Chardonnay 2023 from Feudi di San Marzano is an exquisite white wine from Puglia in southern Italy. This wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in San Marzano and Salento in carefully selected vineyards, around 100 meters above sea level. The chalky soil in these areas ensures excellent drainage and adds to the elegance and aroma of the wine.

Production: The grapes are harvested from mid to late August. After destemming, they undergo a short skin maceration, followed by a gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the wine is then aged for four months in French oak barrels with regular stirring.

• Aroma: A delicate scent of white flowers and tropical fruits with a hint of vanilla.
• Taste: Fresh and elegant with a pleasant minerality.
