Gocce Chardonnay IGP Terre Siciliane 2022 Eco is an organic white wine from Sicily, Italy, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in the Menfi region, where the grapes grow on cool clay and lime-rich soils, which gives the wine its elegant taste and aroma.

Production: The grapes are harvested in August to preserve their natural acidity. After destemming, they undergo a short skin contact, followed by a gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, and the wine matures for three months. The wine is vegan, as no animal products are used in the fining process.
