Ripasso Valpolicella DOC Marmo 2019 is a full-bodied and balanced red wine from the Valpolicella region of Veneto, Italy. It is made using the unique ripasso technique, where the wine undergoes an additional fermentation on grape skins from the Amarone wine production, adding a deeper flavor profile and intensity.

The wine presents a deep ruby ​​red hue and offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, complemented by notes of dried fruit, vanilla and a hint of spices. The palate is rich and rounded, with soft tannins and a fine acidity that together create a harmonious structure. The finish is long and persistent, with a fruity sweetness and subtle notes of dark chocolate and spices.

Ripasso Valpolicella DOC Marmo 2019 is perfect to accompany dishes such as pasta with game tragout, grilled meats and mature cheeses. It can also be aged for a few years to gain additional complexity.
