Description:

A sophisticated and delicate Pinot Noir, inspired by Burgundy. The aroma is full of fresh red berries such as cherries, cranberries and raspberries, complemented by floral notes such as rose petals and violets. In the background are subtle earthy nuances of forest floor, mushrooms and a hint of spices such as cloves and white pepper.

The palate is velvety with a medium body, lively acidity and well-integrated tannins. The fruit is clean and juicy, and the wine has an impressive mineral structure with a long and elegant finish.

Vinification:

The grapes are hand-picked and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve the grapes' natural character. The wine is typically aged in used French oak barrels, which adds complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Food match:

Perfect with dishes like duck breast, roasted salmon, mushroom dishes or classics like coq au vin. It is also excellent on its own – preferably slightly chilled.
