Rossj-Bass Chardonnay from Angelo Gaja vintage 2021 is a sophisticated wine, made primarily from Chardonnay grapes with up to 5% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from three different vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, which gives the wine remarkable complexity and balance.

The 2020 vintage was characterized by a dry and warm winter, followed by rainy summer months, resulting in grapes with intense aroma and acidity. The white wine grapes were harvested over a longer period, fermented in steel tanks and then matured for 6 months in barriques.

Rossj-Bass 2020 presents fresh notes of citrus, wildflowers, melon and white peaches. The taste is lively with exotic hints of mint and peppermint. It is ideal for serving with lobster, shellfish and fish.
