Rossj-Bass Chardonnay, Angelo Gaja 2022

Rossj-Bass Chardonnay is a sophisticated wine containing up to 5% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from three different vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, which contributes to the complexity and balance of the wine.

The 2020 vintage was characterized by a dry and warm winter followed by summer rain, which gave the grapes an intense aroma and high acidity. The wine was fermented in steel tanks and aged for 6 months in barriques.

Rossj-Bass 2020 presents fresh notes of citrus, wildflowers, melon and white peaches. The taste is sparkling with exotic hints of mint and peppermint. It is ideal for serving with lobster, shellfish and fish.
