Discover a modern New World Pinot Noir that combines freshness with the complex character of Burgundy. This wine presents delicate notes of ripe raspberries, strawberries and a hint of vanilla. The palate is characterized by a fine minerality and earthy undertones that highlight the pure fruit.
The name Peter Max pays homage to the original winegrowers, although the sources of the fruit have changed over time. The wine is carefully composed of different batches, with half of the grapes destemmed and the rest fermented whole.
