Discover one of Northern Italy's most outstanding Chardonnay wines, renowned for its harmonious combination of freshness and body. The grapes for this wine are grown in Alto Adige, in vineyards located at altitudes between 230 and 500 meters above sea level. Here, the soil is rich in pebbles, lime and sand, which contribute to the wine's unique character. The marked temperature differences between day and night give the wine a remarkable aroma, crispness and elegance. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation on its lees for approximately 4 months in steel tanks, ensuring a perfect balance. It presents itself with a light golden color and an aromatic bouquet, offering notes of wild flowers, melon, peach and citrus fruits. The taste is dry, crisp and mineral with a fruity profile. Ideal as an aperitif and with dishes such as appetizers, seafood, fish, white meat and sushi.
