Chassagne-Montrachet En Cailleret from Morey-Coffinet is a wine that is both biodynamic and organic, produced from Premier Cru vineyards planted between 1985 and 1990. The wine is aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 35% of which are new, and is unfiltered before bottling. It presents a deep golden hue with aromas of flint, flowers, white fruits and hazelnuts. The palate is intense with a mineral character and notes of toasted honey and fruit.

Domaine Morey-Coffinet is located in Chassagne-Montrachet and covers 8.5 hectares. The winery is the result of a merger between the properties of Marc Morey and Fernand Coffinet, with vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Bâtard-Montrachet. The vines are grown according to organic principles and the wine is aged in oak barrels, up to 60% of which can be new, depending on the vintage and cuvée.
