Louis Latour Bourgogne Aligoté 2023 is a refreshing and crisp white wine from the famous Burgundy region of France. It is made from the classic Aligoté grape, which is known as Burgundy's traditional white grape and has a longer history in the region than the popular Chardonnay.

The wine presents delicate aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. The palate is lively and well-balanced with a fresh acidity and a clean, crisp finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood dishes, light salads and cheeses such as Comté. An excellent way to experience the unique character of the Aligoté grape.
