Fresh Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand
Produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Marlborough, New Zealand, this wine comes from a producer with four decades of experience. To preserve the wine's freshness, it is briefly aged in steel tanks.
The wine has a light straw yellow color with green nuances. The nose offers notes of citrus, gooseberries, freshly cut grass, lime and stone fruits. The taste is intense and crisp with hints of citrus, lime, grapefruit, grass, elderflower and herbs. It is dry and elegant with a perfectly balanced acidity.
Best served at 8-10 degrees with seafood, grilled white fish, salads or pasta dishes. Ideal as a refreshing aperitif in the summer sun.
