The Le Porusot Dessus 1er Cru vineyard is located south of Meursault, close to Puligny-Montrachet. This vineyard has a soil consisting of limestone, marl and clay, which makes it ideal for the production of full-bodied white wines. The organic vines at Jobard were planted in 1985 and 1944 respectively.

Rémi Jobard harvests the grapes by hand and presses them gently. The fermentation process takes place with the grapes' natural yeast cells, first in outdoor tanks from October to November, and then in the cellar. The wine is aged in barriques from Stockinger in Austria and a further 6 months in tank.

This Meursault offers an intense aroma of flint, exotic fruits such as passion fruit and lychee, as well as lime blossom and cool notes of hawthorn and lime. The palate is crisp with a fruity sweetness that has a good structure and body. The wine has excellent minerality and tannins with a fantastic finesse. It is ideal with shellfish and fish.

Best served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
