Arcane V Le Pape Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of Xavier Vignon’s most distinguished wines. Made exclusively from Grenache grapes, this wine comes from 15 carefully selected vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It is aged in specially designed oak barrels immersed in old cement tanks filled with wine, and undergoes a 5-year maturation process, followed by a further 12 months in bottle. The wine has achieved a remarkable score of 96+ from Parker.

The nose is complex and offers aromas of vanilla, chocolate, dried meat, dried flowers, cinnamon, allspice, black cherries, blueberries and blackcurrants. The taste is intense and creamy with pronounced tannins and a long fruity aftertaste. This wine is both powerful and well-balanced, making it a recommendable experience, even though it is in the higher price range.
