Gaja Magari Rosso Bolgheri Doc Ca' Marcanda 2018 is an exquisite Italian wine, made up of 60% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot. Each grape variety undergoes separate fermentation in steel tanks, followed by 12 months of maturation in barriques. The wine presents a deep color and an aroma of blackberry, blackcurrant and licorice. It is full-bodied without being heavy and has great potential for development. It is an excellent choice for dishes with lamb, game, beef and strong cheeses.
