Saint Aubin 1er Cru Champlots 2020 is a wine of great depth and complexity, offering notes of juicy peaches, ripe apples and a subtle vanilla note from the barrel ageing. The wine has a full-bodied taste with a ripe fruit character and a clean finish. It is ideal with oven-baked fish or white meat.

The Charmois vineyard in Saint-Aubin, located near Chassagne-Montrachet, has vines that are over 35 years old and are grown sustainably. The grapes reach full maturity thanks to optimal sun exposure. After handpicking, the grapes are immediately pressed, fermented and aged for 8 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
