A golden white wine that reflects the unique characteristics of the vintage. It offers a bouquet of ripe yellow fruit combined with the scent of white flowers. The palate is full-bodied with notes of ripe fruit and a minerality that highlights the wine's juiciness. This well-balanced wine is perfect with grilled fish or a mild white cheese. Made from Chardonnay grapes from Saint-Romain, harvested from 40-year-old vines planted in calcareous soil. The wine is aged for 7 months in oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
