A classic white wine from Burgundy, offering delicate notes of flowers, citrus and melon. The taste is full of ripe fruit and a fresh minerality, making it ideal for mild fish dishes and dry cheeses. The Chardonnay grapes used come from various areas of Burgundy, including the Cote de Beaune. The grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically. The wine is primarily aged in steel tanks, while a smaller portion is aged in oak barrels to add extra complexity.
