Bourgogne Blanc Lucienne de Moine 2021 is an exquisite white wine, made from grapes from areas such as Chablis, Mercurey 1st Cru and St. Aubin, which have been declassified as Bourgogne Blanc. The wine undergoes extensive malolactic fermentation and is aged for 8-12 months in both new and old oak barrels. It offers a wonderful aroma of wild flowers and exotic fruits, while the taste is both mineral, fruity and crisp. This is one of the most outstanding Bourgogne Blanc AOCs available on the market.
