This elegant Meursault from Louis Latour comes from vines over 30 years old, located in Meursault. The wine undergoes fermentation and aging for around 10 months in medium-toasted oak barrels, 15% of which are new, and it also undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Fragrance and flavor notes

The aroma presents notes of butter, vanilla, hazelnut, citrus fruits and yellow flowers. The taste offers a rich combination of full-bodied, yellow fruit, sharp acidity and a soft, mineral finish.

Serving recommendations

The wine should be served at 11-13 degrees and is perfect with grilled lobster, fried fish, white meat or firm cheeses such as comté and beaufort. It can be stored for up to 10 years.
