Louis Latour Chablis Chanfleur 2020

Discover this Chablis from Louis Latour, made from Chardonnay grapes from vines that are 30 years old. The wine undergoes fermentation and aging in steel tanks for around 10 months, resulting in a wine with a fresh and crisp character that has a citrus yellow color with a green tinge. The aroma is filled with notes of white flowers, sea buckthorn, yellow apples and fresh almonds. The taste is refreshing with a touch of mint, a strong acidity and a mineral aftertaste. It is ideal for serving with shrimp, shellfish and fish dishes. Recommended serving temperature is 7-9 degrees, and the wine should be enjoyed within the first 5 years.
