A cooler and more classic vintage that highlights the minerality and freshness of the wine. The bouquet offers crisp notes of lemon, lime, green apples and white flowers, complemented by light herbal tones. The texture is straight, slender and precise, with a vibrant acidity that gives the wine an almost salty, chalky minerality on the finish. The barrel aging is discreet, but gives an elegant touch of toast and almond. This is a vintage for those who love refined and terroir-driven Burgundy.
