Tasting notes

Color : Clear straw yellow.

Scent : Delicate aromas of citrus, green herbs, white flowers and limestone minerality.

Taste : Fine and precise with crisp acidity, slightly creamy texture and notes of lemon, green apples and subtle barrel spice. The finish is long, fresh and mineral.

Alcohol content : approximately 13% ABV
Storage potential : Excellent to enjoy in its youth for its freshness, but can be aged for 5–7 years for increased depth.
