Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc from Domaine Philippe Bouzereau is an organic wine that comes from plots such as "Les Meix Goudard" and "Les Pasquelles" in the north-east of Chassagne-Montrachet. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation in oak barrels for 12 months, 30% of which are new, followed by 6 months in steel tanks. In order to preserve the fruity character and finesse of the wine, it is not filtered.

The wine presents itself with a golden hue and a complex aroma, offering notes of crème brûlée and exotic fruits. The taste is well-balanced with a combination of minerality, body and elegance, while the aftertaste is both delicate and refreshing. It is ideal for serving with fish, shellfish, white meats and cheeses such as goat cheese and specialties from Burgundy.

It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
