Domaine de Rochebin Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021 is an elegant and full-bodied white wine from Burgundy, a region renowned for its exceptional Chardonnays. This wine, which comes from Burgundy's famous vineyards, offers a rich and nuanced taste experience. It has been matured in oak barrels for 12 months, adding complex and delicate flavor notes. Burgundy is one of the most prestigious areas in France for growing the Chardonnay grape.

Domaine de Rochebin spreads over seven hectares around the charming village of Meursault, where the chalky soil enhances the aromatic qualities of the grapes. The vineyard is located 450 meters above sea level with a breathtaking view of the Saône plain, near Azé, known for its historic caves. The domaine has 47 hectares of vineyards, and the Marillier family has been growing wine here since 1921. Jean-Pierre Marillier has handed over the responsibility to his son Mikaël, a talented young winemaker.

The wine presents an aroma of ripe pears, apricot and lime, combined with subtle floral notes. On the palate it is harmonious with a balance between tart fruit and soft, creamy nuances, finished with a fresh, mineral aftertaste. Ideal to serve with fish, shellfish and lightly fried dishes.
