The palate is a harmonious blend of liquorice, cherries, cocoa and fresh raspberries, ending with a long and soft aftertaste. This wine is powerful, rich, robust, complex and harmonious, making it ideal for Piedmontese cuisine, especially for meat and game dishes with truffles.
