Ca dei Maghi - Blend No. 3 2018 is an exquisite wine from Veneto, created by the talented winemaker Paolo. This wine is not an annual production, which makes it extra sought after. The composition consists of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Corvina. The Cabernet grapes undergo a drying process similar to Amarone and mature for five years in large Fudrés, while Corvina contributes acidity and finesse. The taste experience is characterized by cherry and blackcurrant sweetness from the dried Cabernet grapes. Only around 6000 bottles of this wine are produced. It is ideal for dishes with veal, game, red meat, duck and spicy food.
