If you are a fan of Amarone, this wine is a must-try! It is made from the Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta and Rondinella grapes, which come from 20-year-old vines in Callore. The grapes are carefully hand-picked in October and dried for 70 days before being fermented in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 48 months in both French and American oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle. Production is limited to around 700 cases per year. The alcohol content is 17.50%.

This is a structured, rich and complex Amarone with a deep ruby ​​red colour. It offers intense aromas of dark fruits, raisins, jam and spices. The taste is full and powerful with soft tannins and good acidity. For the best experience, serve the wine at 17-18° and let it air for at least a few hours before serving.
