Burgundy Côte d'Or White "La Combe" 2023
This wine is a beautiful example of the classic white wine from Burgundy, where the terroir of the Côte d'Or is clearly expressed. The 2023 vintage is fresh, precise and elegant - a wine that already shows its charm, but which also has the potential to develop further with a few years of aging.

In the glass it appears light golden with green reflections. The aroma offers fresh citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers, accompanied by fine notes of roasted almonds and a discreet touch of vanilla from the barrel aging. The taste is harmonious and elegant with a lively minerality, crisp acidity and a creamy structure that gives the wine both freshness and depth. The finish is persistent and elegant with a slightly salty minerality.

A wine that is perfect for fish, shellfish, white meat, poultry and creamy cheeses - or simply to enjoy in good company.
