Fragrance:

Elegant and aromatic with notes of ripe cherries, raspberries, herbs, dried flowers, forest floor and a light touch of oak and minerality.

Taste:

Juicy, medium-bodied and silky with ripe fruit, fresh acidity and fine tannins. A nice balance between power and finesse. Tasting notes of red berries, spice, a touch of licorice and stony minerality. Long, fresh and elegant finish.

– Perfect for grilled pork, lamb, tapas, chicken, mushroom dishes and hard cheeses
