This Barolo wine is made from grapes from three different vineyards in the Barolo area and has matured for 36 months in oak barrels. The wine is characterized by its soft tannins and the powerful flavor of the Nebbiolo grape, making it perfect for serving with red meat, game dishes and mature cheeses. It is ready to be enjoyed now, but can also be stored for many years for further development. Mauro Sebaste and his wife Maria Teresa are behind the winery in Piedmont, where they produce around 150,000 bottles of wine annually from their 20 hectares of vineyards, including premium Barolo wines, Barbera and Arneis.
