Discover Lupé-Cholet Bourgogne Comte de Lupé 2020, a remarkable wine from Lupé-Cholet, named after the 10th-century Comte Mayol de Lupé. Around half of the grapes are sourced from Morey-Saint-Denis, while the rest come from Côte-de-Nuits, Côte-de-Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise, giving the wine a complex and spicy profile.

The wine undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks, and part of it is aged in oak barrels. This method, combined with a careful selection of grapes, creates a wine that is exciting to enjoy already in its youth. It presents a soft Pinot Noir bouquet with intense notes of strawberry and blackcurrant, making it both harmonious and inviting. The long finish testifies to a good potential for maturation.

Perfect with mild meat dishes and white cheeses, this wine should be served at around 16° in large glasses to highlight its aroma and flavor.
