Bourgogne Rouge 2020 Lucien Le Moine

Since 1999, Lucien Le Moine, led by Rotem and Mounir Saouma, has been creating exceptional Burgundy wines. The couple, who have roots in Israel and Lebanon, are recognized for their dedication to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and their innovative methods. Mounir, who studied oenology in Montpellier and worked as a cellar master in Israel, moved to Burgundy in 1995. Here, he collaborated with some of the most prominent winemakers and saw opportunities to improve the vinification and maturation processes.
