Gino Fasoli Calle 2015
Gino Fasoli is a family-owned winery located in Valpolicella, about 25 km east of Verona. The family has 14 hectares of vineyards and collaborates with local families, neighbors and friends to buy extra grapes. All their wines are certified organic.
This wine is made exclusively from Merlot grapes from the Calle vineyard. The grapes undergo a drying process of 2-3 months and are then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
