Selected harvest of premium quality. The Corvinone, Corvina and Rondinella grapes undergo a drying process of 100-120 days, followed by a fermentation period of 40 days. The maturation process extends over 90-100 months, depending on the vintage. In 2007 Leonardo produced an Amarone Riserva. Although this wine is 13 years old, it still appears young and needs time or oxygenation. The taste is rich and well-balanced. It can be enjoyed now, but will gain even greater depth after 5 years. Only 684 bottles have been produced. The alcohol content is 16.5%.
