Erika's philosophy is to create wines that are true to their origins, with a focus on quality and honesty. She selects vineyards in the Western Cape and finds the grapes that best represent the area. Her wines are handcrafted in small batches, from the elegant Flabbergast (pure Cinsault) to a powerful Cabernet Sauvignon.
