The palate is generous with lively acidity and a long, pleasant finish. The wine has impressive structure and intensity, giving it excellent aging potential. Partially matured in wooden barrels.

Erika Obermeyer, with her extensive experience and passion, has created remarkable results in a short time. Just three years after her debut, she was named "New Name of the Year", and in 2020 she achieved top marks in Platter's Wine Guide with the year's best blend from South Africa.

She carefully selects vineyards in the Western Cape and selects the grapes that best represent the area. Her wines are handcrafted in small batches, from the elegant Flabbergast (pure Cinsault) to a powerful Cabernet Sauvignon.
