Discover a wine that combines power and elegance with a refined structure. This wine is created without compromise and demonstrates its strength through a carefully selected production method. The vines thrive in a soil of clay and limestone, enriched with stones and pebbles, which gives the wine a characteristic mineral profile. With a yield of 35 hectoliters per hectare and vines that are over 25 years old, the grapes achieve an intense concentration of flavor.

The wine is organically produced, with strict pruning and natural grass cover between the rows ensuring soil health. Only the finest grapes are handpicked for this wine. The grapes undergo a traditional vinification process in French oak barrels and concrete vats, which gives the wine a complex character and depth. It is matured for 8-9 months in French oak barrels to develop further complexity and structure.
