Vina Marro Rioja Blanco 2021

Vina Marro Rioja Blanco is made exclusively from Garnacha Blanca grapes, sourced from vines that are 25 years old. The grapes are carefully handpicked, sorted and pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. After a cool fermentation process and 7 days of maceration, the wine matures for 4 months in a combination of American and European oak barrels, half of which are new.

The wine offers a fresh and floral aroma with hints of acacia flowers, violets, plums and apricots. The taste is dry with a slightly spicy character that highlights peaches, apricots and a mineral undertone. The finish is long, fresh and delicate with exotic notes from the barrel aging.

It is ideal for dishes such as pasta, risotto, salads, seafood, fish or white meat.
