Viña Magna Reserva is an exquisite red wine, consisting of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a cold maceration for 5-6 days in steel tanks. The spontaneous fermentation takes place at 28-30°C, while the malolactic fermentation takes place at 20°C. The wine is then aged for 25 months in new French oak barrels.
The wine presents a deep garnet red hue and offers aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, spices and mineral notes. The taste is full-bodied and well-balanced with nuances of dark berries, chocolate, sweet tobacco and toasted undertones. Soft tannins and good acidity ensure a long-lasting aftertaste.
It should be served at 16-17°C and goes perfectly with dishes with game, beef and grilled lamb.
