Viña Magna Reserva is an exquisite red wine made from 85% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a cold maceration for 5-6 days, followed by natural fermentation at temperatures between 28-30°C. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation at 20°C and matures for 25 months in new French oak barrels. It presents itself with a deep garnet red color and offers aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, spices and mineral notes. The taste is both powerful and elegant, with nuances of dark berries, chocolate and sweet tobacco, balanced by soft tannins and good acidity. It has a long and persistent aftertaste. Recommended served at 16-17°C with rich meat dishes such as game, beef and lamb.
