The image on the label represents the life of David Cuéllar's grandfather and his dedication to the field. This wine is a tribute to four generations of family business. Despite challenging soil conditions, Bodegas Valdrinal manages to achieve excellent results with their Tempranillo grapes.
The wine is made exclusively from Tempranillo and has been aged for six months in French oak barrels. It presents itself with a red cherry colour and a brownish edge. The palate is round and well-balanced with soft tannins, while the aroma offers a complex blend of spices and ripe black fruits. This wine is smooth and very fruity, making it ideal for dishes with beef, lamb and game.
It should be served at a temperature of 15-17 degrees.
