The 2005 Shiraz "Roennfeldt Road - Zippy's Block" from the Barossa is a unique wine, offering complex aromas of smoked oak, pencil, violets, leather, liquorice, blueberry and blackberry liqueur. The wine presents a silky texture with layers of spicy fruit and a harmonious finish that lasts over a minute. It is suitable to be enjoyed now or can be stored for 20-25 years. In October 2007, Jay Miller of the Wine Advocate awarded it an impressive 99 points.
