An excellent Shiraz from McLaren Vale!

This wine is made from 100% Shiraz grapes from Seaview Heights in McLaren Vale, Australia. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured in new French oak barrels for up to 18 months. The wine is bottled without filtration to preserve the natural flavors of earth and fruit.

The wine has a deep purple color. The aroma offers notes of blueberries, violets, dark chocolate and spicy oak. The taste is full and intense with fine tannins and a persistent aftertaste.

Served at 18 degrees, ideal with cheese, lamb, meat dishes or Christmas food. Can also be enjoyed alone.

A top wine with 98 points from McLaren Vale. An absolutely top-class Shiraz.
