Discover a unique IGT wine from Quintarelli, composed of 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and the fermentation process begins after 7-8 days of maceration. The wine is aged in steel tanks until February, where it undergoes a secondary fermentation with grape lees from the Amarone production, enriching it with additional aromas and flavors. It is aged in Slovenian oak barrels for 8.5 years. This wine is ready to be enjoyed now, but can also be stored for up to 10 years for additional complexity. The flavor profile offers minerality, cherries and a characteristic purity that is the hallmark of Quintarelli's red wines.
