Experience a unique IGT wine from Quintarelli, composed of 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermentation begins after 7-8 days of maceration. The wine is stored in steel tanks until February, where it undergoes a secondary fermentation with grape lees from the Amarone production, enriching it with additional aroma and flavor. The wine is then aged in Slovenian oak barrels for 8.5 years. It is ready to be enjoyed now, but can also be stored for up to 10 years. The flavor profile offers minerality, cherries and a characteristic purity that is characteristic of Quintarelli's red wines.
