Pouilly Fumé Vieilles Vignes Cuvée Pauliacum 2022 is made from 60-70 year old Sauvignon vines in Pouilly-sur-Loire. After maturing in steel tanks for 4-6 months and further aging for 2 years, the wine presents itself with a straw yellow hue and an intense aroma of pineapple and dried fruits. The taste is full-bodied with nuances of dried fruits. It is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with smoked salmon, foie gras, fish dishes and slightly sweet fruit desserts.
