Experience an elegant and rounded Sauvignon Blanc that is both well-balanced and aromatic. It offers fruity notes with a hint of minerality, and has a full body with a bright and crisp finish. The alcohol content is 13.5%. It is ideal to serve at 8-10 degrees, especially with oysters, shellfish and goat cheese. The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and aged in steel tanks.

Domaine Jean-Paul Picard et Fils is a family-run winery located in the Sancerre region, with 14 hectares of vineyards. They practice 'lutte raisonnée', meaning that chemical treatments are only used when absolutely necessary. Their wines are known for being well-balanced, aromatic and fruity with a light minerality.

The vineyards are cultivated on clay and limestone soils, with a yield of 55 hl/ha from vines that are 30 years old and are harvested manually. Biodiversity is promoted through the use of cover crops, plowing and natural composting.
