Pommard Premier Cru Vieilles Vignes Les Parcellaires de Saulx 2019

This Pommard Premier Cru Vieilles Vignes is made from Pinot Noir grapes from old vines growing on the northern slopes of Pommard. The wine is vinified in Meursault using traditional Burgundy techniques: fermentation in large wooden vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and a maturation period of 12-15 months in new oak barrels.

The wine presents itself with a ruby ​​red color and a delicate aroma of violets, currants, cherries, blackcurrants and subtle spices. The taste is intense with a good body, fruit concentration and a slight hint of wood. The finish is both structured and refined.

Ideal for serving with game, lamb or beef, especially when accompanied by a truffle or port wine sauce.
