Mont Rose, Rose IGP Pays d'Oc, Domaine Montrose

This rosé wine has a beautiful reddish color with notes of raspberry, strawberry and peach. The taste is light and harmonious with a good balance between fruity sweetness and freshness, as well as a touch of exotic spices in the aftertaste.

Perfect with fish soup, seafood, sushi, grilled fish, poultry or southern dishes. Try it with Provençal ratatouille. Also ideal for a picnic or a cold buffet.

The wine consists of 65% Grenache, 10% Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are vinified separately, and after a short skin maceration to achieve the delicate rosé color, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented cool in steel tanks. After fermentation, the three wines are combined and aged on their "lie" for approx. 3 months.
