Mont Rose, Rose IGP Pays d'Oc, Domaine Montrose

This rosé wine presents an inviting reddish hue with delicate aromas of raspberry, strawberry and peach. The taste is light and balanced, with a fine harmony between the sweetness of the fruit and the freshness of the wine, as well as a hint of exotic spices in the aftertaste.

Ideal to accompany fish soup, seafood, sushi, grilled fish, poultry or dishes from the southern cuisine. It is also an excellent choice for Provençal ratatouille. Perfect for a picnic or as part of a cold buffet.

The wine is composed of 65% Grenache, 10% Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each grape variety is vinified separately, and after a short skin contact to achieve the fine rosé color, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented at low temperature in steel tanks. After fermentation, the three wines are blended and aged on the lees for approximately three months.
